Welcome To Golf
National surveys have shown beginning golfers learn more quickly and have greater enjoyment of golf if they begin with an orientation to the game before taking golf lessons. The “Welcome to Golf” Class is designed to introduce new golfers on how to play golf, to the course, proper etiquette, rules, how to book starting times, how to select the right equipment, as well as instruction on basic fundamentals. Instruction will include putting, chipping and the full swing. All you need (clubs, balls, tees, etc.) is provided for you at class. Space is limited to the first 12 golfers that sign up at each course, so reserve your spot today!

Forest Park also offers Ladies Clinics and Men's Clinics. While the clinics introduce new golfers to the game and teach the basic fundamentals, the Ladies Clinic is for women and the Men's Clinic is for men. Get Golf Ready

The “Get Golf Ready” class is designed around having fun and learning the basic techniques on the golf course. Lessons begin on the putting green and work back to the tee, with the final session having students play 1-2 holes with on-course instruction. Beginning golfers, infrequent golfers and former golfers are encouraged to participate. All you need (clubs, balls, tees, etc.) is provided for you at class. Space is limited to the first 12 golfers that sign up at each course, so reserve your spot today!

One-Day Clinics

One-Day Clinics are hour-long sessions and concentrate on a single skill. Putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play or full swing are all skills that can be covered in these clinics. The price of admission is just $10.

Baltimore Golf Academy Play Days

The Baltimore Golf Academy Play Days are designed to continue skill development while connecting you with golfers of similar abilities. Mentors will be on hand to help you with your game and to guide you around the course in a fun and relaxing environment. Space is limited to the first 20 golfers that sign up at each course, so reserve your spot today!
